Why did I start the club?
With so many people across the UK classed as inactive I am reaching out to every community and individuals to join my Club which offers a brand-new online concept to tackle physical and mental wellbeing.
The CLUB, will extend my trademark motivation beyond the physical, to include expert advice on sensible eating, mental fitness and provide a community to help battle loneliness, especially in older people. older people.
Recent research has highlighted that since the start of the pandemic, the proportion of over 70’s experiencing depression has doubled and 1 in 3 over 60s (36%) admit to feeling less motivated to do the things they used to enjoy. As a wellbeing and fitness guru, I want, I hopes to tackle levels of low mood and depression by injecting the feel-good factor into members daily lives.

10 specialists ‘Motivators’ offering expert advice, support and activities via The CLUB – many of whom were selected for their experience of working with older people. Experts in their fields, the ‘Motivators’ allow the CLUB to offer an array of engaging classes including HITT, yoga, cookery, Pilates, sensible eating plans, mindfulness and mental health workouts.
Concept of the club
The CLUB’s concept, exercise and sensible eating plans have been developedand endorsed by Dr Kathy Fulcher, Ireland’s leading exercise physiologist and nutritionist. A place for all ages and fitness levels, once a member you will access a host of content which will be updated each month including live and recorded fitness classes, sensible eating plans, mindfulness, mental health tips and techniques, real life stories and chat rooms; all from the comfort of your own home.
