Cook with Zena Prawn Stir Fry

Serves 3

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 200g King Prawns
  • 200g Pre cooked Rice
  • Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Sweetcorn
  • 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • Small bunch Fresh Coriander

Method

  1. Heat oil, add sliced onions & garlic stir over medium heat for couple of minutes.
  2. Add the prawns and cook on medium to high heat until prawns turn pink.
  3. Add the frozen peas, sweetcorn and chilli. Spring onions and stir in the pre cooked rice.
  4. Add fish sauce, soy sauce and finish with chopped coriander.
