Cook with Zena Prawn Stir Fry
Serves 3
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 small Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 Spring Onions
- 200g King Prawns
- 200g Pre cooked Rice
- Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 cup Frozen Peas
- 1/2 cup Frozen Sweetcorn
- 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- Small bunch Fresh Coriander
Method
- Heat oil, add sliced onions & garlic stir over medium heat for couple of minutes.
- Add the prawns and cook on medium to high heat until prawns turn pink.
- Add the frozen peas, sweetcorn and chilli. Spring onions and stir in the pre cooked rice.
- Add fish sauce, soy sauce and finish with chopped coriander.
