Cook with Zena Singapore Chicken

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 300g Chicken Wings or Pieces on the bone
  • 2 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
  • 140ml Water
  • 3 tablespoons Dark Soy
  • 2 tablespoons Light Soy
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Spring Onions or tablespoon of sliced Leeks
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Cup Basmati Rice
  • 1 Broccoli 

Method:

  1. In a large wok/pan with a lid, combine the chicken, water, soy, garlic and spring onion.  Cook for 20mins.
  2. Add the sesame oil.
  3. Simmer for a further 20 mins.
  4. Once cooked serve with steamed rice and broccoli.
