Cook with Zena Singapore Chicken
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 300g Chicken Wings or Pieces on the bone
- 2 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
- 140ml Water
- 3 tablespoons Dark Soy
- 2 tablespoons Light Soy
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 Spring Onions or tablespoon of sliced Leeks
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Cup Basmati Rice
- 1 Broccoli
Method:
- In a large wok/pan with a lid, combine the chicken, water, soy, garlic and spring onion. Cook for 20mins.
- Add the sesame oil.
- Simmer for a further 20 mins.
- Once cooked serve with steamed rice and broccoli.
