It’s Feel Good Friday, and this week, we’re spreading the love to those around us. It’s time to boost someone else’s day with a genuine, heartfelt compliment!
Compliment Challenge:
- Reach out to a friend or family member and give them a compliment. Maybe they’ve been working hard, or they always make you laugh. Let them know!
- Complimenting others not only makes them feel good, but it also strengthens your connections and lifts your own spirits.

- Send them a message, give them a call, or compliment them in person. It’s all about making someone’s day brighter!
