Pause and Breathe

Challenge: Life can get busy, and sometimes we forget to pause. This Sunday, take a few minutes out of your day to practice mindfulness and focus on your breathing. It’s a simple yet powerful way to reset and ground yourself.

Suggested Activity: Set a timer for 5 minutes. Close your eyes, breathe in deeply for 4 seconds, hold for 4, and exhale for 4. Repeat this cycle and let your mind clear. This simple act of pausing can help reduce stress and bring clarity to your day.
