2 cups of any fruit juice or choice
10 Gelatine leaves.
Soak the gelatine in water. 10 leaves sound a lot but the jelly must be ultra firm. Squeeze out the excess water and melt in the microwave quickly for about 15 seconds. Add to the juice, stir and pour into mounds or a small tray with sides. Set for several hours in the fridge.
