Ingredients
225g self raising flour
1 heaped tsp ground ginger
1 heaped tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
100g softened butter
100g soft brown sugar.. (ok- it’s the festive season)!
100g sultanas
2 eggs, beaten
A good splash of milk to loosen mixture approx 5 tbsp
1 grated carrot
1 grated parsnip
1 grated apple with skin
