Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 75g oats
- I spoonful of Cacau chocolate (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a small blender.
Take a non stick pan and lightly grease it with an oil of your choice – Coconut or a little sunflower for example. The heat must be low otherwise they will burn.
Using a dessertspoon, take the mixture and fill the pan up with little mounds. Don’t touch anything for about 2 minutes or until you see little air bubbles on the top. Then take a spatula and turn them over. Another 2 minutes and remove onto a cooling rack. The main thing is not to leave them alone. Its a quick process. Continue until the mixture has finished.
