Turkey and Orange Meatballs
Add a citrus twist to dinner with these juicy Turkey and Orange Meatballs! Bursting with fresh flavours and perfect for meal prep or a quick midweek dinner- give them a try and elevate your meatball game!
Approx ½ kilo of minced turkey
5 slices bread soaked in water then squeezed
Rind of 1orange
A splash of Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
a handful of fresh parsley
A little garlic
Salt and pepper
Dried herbs
- Mix all the ingredients together and form into bite sized balls.
- Cook in air fryer for about 15 mins on 180.
- Serve with a dip of choice or take some lettuce leaves and place a meatball inside and eat as a wrap!
