I added content when I made this post but it doesn’t seem to be here
so here it is again, I did my first proper work out and it was great Mr M. is more fun than the others I’ve tried
and the music and dancing between exercises keeps the spirits up
Since my first I’ve been doing 15min a day 5 days a week .
I just did OD0063 HIT and that was the longest continuous workout I’ve done probably in 30 years *I’m 45 now*
just shy of an hour and I’m done, but I feel great!!
