    I’m just under 22 stone and when I workout almost straight away my bones hurt especially my left shoulder  and my wrists how do I overcome this so I can exercise without the pain oh and I did have a injection 2 years ago for a calcium build up on my shoulder

    Why not see your Doctor first and explain that you want to get back to exercising and you’ve started doing Mr Motivator class but you experience the following issues and then see what they say?
