Home made “Icecream”
Ingredients
- 150 mL Coconut Milk
- 1 teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
- 3 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon(s) Raw 100% cacao powder
- or 70 grams Frozen Raspberries
Directions
Step 1.
To make the Vanilla ice cream:
Blitz 1 frozen banana with 50ml of the coconut milk in food processor (you will need a powerful food processor) until creamy. Add the vanilla and blitz again. Place in a bowl and into the freezer for about 30 minutes before serving.
Step 2.
To make the Berry ice cream:
Blitz 1 frozen banana with 50ml of the coconut milk in food processor (you will need a powerful food processor) until creamy. Add the frozen raspberries and blitz again. Place in a bowl and into the freezer for about 30 minutes before serving.
Step 3.
To make the Chocolate ice cream:
Blitz 1 frozen banana with 50ml of the coconut milk in food processor (you will need a powerful food processor) until creamy. Add the raw cacao powder and blitz again. Place in a bowl and into the freezer for about 30 minutes before serving.
