- Approx 2-3 cups of ground almonds (200g)
- 1 cup of Greek yoghurt
Mix both ingredients well in a bowl. Using hands, form into circles and with the index finger, poke a hole in the middle. Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg. Sprinkle over the desired topping. Everything But The Bagel is a good one! Bake for about 20 mins on 180.
The perfect snack after one of Mr M’s workouts. High in protein too!
