- 1 cauliflower
- Olive oil
- Parmesan
- Emmental or cheddar (optional)
- Salt and pepper
Prepare the cauliflower in small mouth size pieces and place into a bowl. Drizzle over a small amount of olive oil and mix until coated. Season with salt and pepper. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and sprinkle over the cheese. Bake in a hot oven, around 180-200 for 25 minutes. Keep an eye on them. You want them to be nice and crispy.
