Turkey Wraps
Ingredients
Serves 4
- 1tablespoon oil
- 500g Turkey mince (or pork)
- 1 Carrot
- 200g Green Beans
- 2cm piece of fresh Ginger (grated)
- 2 Cloves Garlic (grated)
- 3tablespoon Soy Sauce
- Iceberg Lettuce Leaves
Method
- To a large pan add your oil and heat before adding your sliced and diced onions.
- Add your cubed carrots and stir well.
- Add your mince and cook for a couple of minutes until the meat starts to colour slightly.
- Add the remaining chopped and grated ingredients.
- Cook until meat starts to caramelize and pour in the soy sauce, cover with a lid and cook on a medium heat for a further 13 minutes.
- Wash and separate the lettuce leaves, drying on kitchen paper.
- Once the mince is cooked, serve on the individual lettuce leaves.
- This dish is perfect as a starter or as a light lunch.
